Welcome to 'Sea Garden a delightful, tranquil, beachfront home on Manasota Key. Enjoyment will be plentiful in this 4 bedroom, 3 bath open concept home made for entertaining and bringing joy to all who visit. This stilt home is multilevel for privacy if needed or all gather around the kitchen or game table for some fun. Two primary en suite bedrooms with updated bathrooms. 3rd bedroom has a queen bed with desk for those you need to work a bit while on vacation. 4th bedroom has closet with full size washer and dryer with 1 single and 1 double bed. Those bedrooms share another updated bathroom on the lower level. Climb up to the crow's nest where anyone can hang out or hideaway with a book but be sure to peek at the view from up there. There is also a twin bed in the crow's nest. The beach will be your lifestyle interwoven with a sandy yard filled with indigenous plants and amazing winding oaks. The dunes have been kept natural with a well-traveled path to your private beach. You can soak in the new above ground Jacuzzi hot tub seating for 6 on the downstairs deck while watching the sunset like no other. Shower off in the heated shower off the carport before you come back inside for a meal. Manasota Key Beach area for locals is best known as the little-known beaches being the least crowded. You can have the best of both worlds with the public beaches of Englewood, Blind Pass or Stump Pass Beaches if you want to check out the other local spots. If you want to try out other leisure time adventures there are many to choose from. Choose from Sea Turtle Viewing, Fishing, Stump Pass Beach State Park, Parasailing, Shell and shark teething hunting or dining.
